How to Change Your Plan

Let’s take a look at how to Change Your Plan

Let’s walk through how to upgrade or downgrade your plan in Consent On Demand.

First, log in to your account.

From the left-hand navigation, click Account, then select Manage Plan at the top.

On this screen, you’ll see an overview of your account, including:

  • Your current plan
  • Billing cycle
  • How many sends you’ve used
  • Whether you have a send package and how many sends remain
  • User information and how many send requests have been used

To change your plan, simply select a different plan option—either to upgrade or downgrade.

From here, you have a few options:

  • Purchase an additional send package
  • Manage or update your billing information
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
