Let’s take a quick look at how to purchase a send pack or add users to your account so you can send consents on demand.

• Log in to your account.
  From the left-hand navigation, click Account, then select Manage Plan.
• Review your plan details.
  On the Manage Plan page, you’ll see your current plan, usage information, and any send packs already available on your account.
• Purchase a send pack (optional).
  If you’d like to add more sends, click Purchase Send Pack. You’ll see a selection of available send packs to choose from.

Send packs work like overdraft protection—if you exceed the sends included in your monthly subscription, the additional sends are automatically deducted from your send pack balance. This ensures you’re never interrupted.

To add users, click Users in the navigation, then select Add User.
Enter the user’s email address and submit. They’ll receive a registration email to join your account, and billing will update automatically.

And that’s it! That’s how you purchase send packs or add users to your Consent On Demand account.

If you have reached your limit of users, each additional user will be $5/month. A confirmation box will pop up after you enter your users to confirm that you agree to the extra charge.
