How to Send A Consent
Let’s take a look at how easy it is to send a request to eSign a Consent.
First you log in using your mobile device, tablet or computer.
It will Open to the Send Consent Request page.
New Contact:
Enter your client’s information, first name, last name, email, phone number.
Since this information is new, we will save it for you into your contact list.
Existing Contact:
Just start typing their name, and possibilities will pop up.
Select the correct contact and their information will auto fill.
Checking your Consent
On the left side bar click on “Consent Form History”
The most recent consent sent will be at the top. If the consent has been signed there will be a date in the Date Completed Column. You will also get an email when the client has signed the consent.
If the Consent has not yet been signed there will be an Grey “Action” button that you can click. Here you can resend, or cancel the request.
When a consent is complete, it will show the completed date and you can click on “View” to see the completed consent form. You can then print or download it as a PDF from this screen.

How to Send a Consent
Once contact information is entered, the Template dropdown becomes available. You can either:
- Type a custom message using freeform text, or
- Select a template from your installed template library.
Use a Template (Optional)
- Templates must be installed in your account to appear in the dropdown.
- Templates are industry-agnostic and work for any use case.
- When selected, the system automatically fills in the customer name and sender details and formats the agreement text.
- You can still edit or add custom details to the message after selecting a template
Add Additional Details
Use the message area to include specific information, such as:
- Estimates or change orders
- Policy changes (for insurance)
- Product or service details
Attach Files or Photos (Optional)
- Click the paperclip icon to attach files from your computer or mobile device.
- You can attach multiple files and remove any before sending.
- On mobile, you can also use the camera to take a photo and attach it instantly (great for repairs, photo releases, or documentation).
Send the Consent Request
- Click Submit.
- The system processes the request, includes all attachments, and sends the consent form to the recipient.
- You’ll see a confirmation message once the consent request is sent successfully
