Managing Your Profile

Begin by logging in with your username and password.
Click on “Login” to proceed.

Navigating to the Dashboard Page

Once logged in, go to the grey bar on the left and click on the word “Profile” which is below Export Data

Reviewing Profile Information:

On the profile page, you’ll find:
First Name
Last Name
Username
Primary Email Address
Phone Number
Preferred Contact Method
Zip Code

Custom Questions:

Depending on your account settings, you may see additional custom questions related to your profile or client-specific information.

Additional Contact Methods:

Some clients may allow you to add extra contact methods, such as additional email addresses or phone numbers. If available, you can enter them here.

Test Text Message Feature:

Take advantage of the test text message feature to ensure you receive notifications correctly.

Simply select this option to send a test notification to your phone number.

Changing Password:

If you wish to change your password, select the “Change Password” option. Follow the prompts to enter your existing password and create a new one.

Saving Changes:

After making any updates to your profile, click on “Save” to apply the changes.
